Tofu Pepper Skewers

Quickly prepared vegetarian grill delight packed with protein and iron, often lacking in meatless diets.
Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (8 tomatoes)
- Pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Drain the tofu and cut into about 2 cm cubes.

Place tofu cubes in a bowl, stir in teriyaki sauce, and marinate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and cut into even pieces.

Wash and drain tomatoes in a sieve.

Thread tofu, pepper pieces, and tomatoes alternately onto four grill skewers.

Place on an aluminum grill pan and cook over high heat, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes. Season skewers with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
