Ingredients

  • 600 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 white onions (preferably scallions)
  • plenty cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil

Instructions

    Cut the pork tenderloin into bite‑size pieces. Wash, halve, seed and cut the bell peppers into chunks. Peel the onions and slice them into thick wedges. Mix the olive oil with the paprika powder.

    Thread the meat alternately with pepper and onion wedges onto skewers, finishing each end with an onion wedge. Brush the skewers with the paprika‑oil mixture and season with salt and pepper. Place on a hot charcoal or tabletop grill and cook until all sides are golden brown. Optionally add more onion halves and cherry tomatoes to the grill for extra flavor.
