Three Different Lassi

Ingredients

  • 80 g mango flesh
  • 80 g mixed berries (e.g., raspberries, currants, strawberries)
  • 1 handful herbs (e.g., lemon balm and mint)
  • 3 tsp Honey
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 300 g yogurt

Instructions

    Cut the mango into pieces. Rinse the berries, clean them, and remove stems. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Blend the mango, berries, and herbs each with 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 100 g yogurt until smooth. Add about 100 ml water to reach desired consistency and blend until frothy.
