Ingredients
- 250 g dried dates
- 0.25 l water
- 500 g condensed milk
- 1 EL coconut flakes
- 1 EL acacia honey
- 0.25 TL cinnamon
- 1 pinch vanilla
- coconut flakes
- whole almond kernels

Boil the dates in water and cover over medium heat for 5 minutes to soften. Turn off the heat and let them sit on the still warm stove top for another 5 minutes. Then transfer to a blender and puree.

Add condensed milk, coconut flakes, acacia honey, cinnamon and vanilla and blend briefly again. Spoon the date cream into small serving bowls and garnish with coconut flakes and whole almonds. The dessert can be chilled before serving if desired.
