Ingredients
- 2 cornichons
- 3 pickled bell pepper strips
- 150 g whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- chili powder
- Salt
- ground white pepper

Drain the cornichons slightly and finely dice them. Dice the bell pepper strips into very small cubes as well. Place the yogurt in a tall glass and blend with an immersion blender, slowly adding the oil and then the vinegar. Fold in the cucumber and pepper cubes, seasoning the sauce with chili powder, salt, pepper, and a splash of cornichon liquid.
