Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 75 g sugar
- 50 g rice flour
- 50 g tapioca flour
- 60 ml Coconut milk
Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar over a hot, non-boiling water bath until frothy. Mix in both flours and add the coconut milk to the egg mixture. Stir well together and fill the batter into small molds (e.g., brioche molds).

Heat 1 l of water in a wok and insert a rack. Place the molds on the rack, close the wok, and steam the molds for 5-7 minutes. Remove, let cool briefly, carefully flip out and serve.
