Ingredients
- Apricot jam
- Currant jelly
- powdered sugar
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped out)
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g cold butter (cut into cubes)

Quickly knead all ingredients together to form a smooth dough, shape it into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Roll the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut round cookies with wavy edges in three different sizes; for the smallest size cut a hole in the center. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

Warm the jam and jelly, spread the larger and middle-sized cookies with jam or jelly, stack them together, let dry, then dust with powdered sugar.
