Teriyaki Salmon with Sesame
Try the delicious salmon in teriyaki sauce with sesame from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 560 g salmon fillet (4 fillets)
- 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 10 g sesame seeds (1 tbsp)
- 2 Zucchini
- 150 g sugar snap peas
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
Instructions

Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile wash and trim zucchini and sugar snap peas. Slice zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.

Heat remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté zucchini, sugar snap peas, and peas for 1–2 minutes. Deglaze with 3–4 tbsp water, season with soy sauce, cover and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes.

Remove salmon from the marinade, place on a rack (with a fat pan underneath) under the preheated oven grill and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Drizzle remaining marinade over salmon fillets and serve with the vegetables.
