Spoonsparrow Thymian-Schnitzel not only taste good for dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzels (about 150 g each)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- Lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the schnitzels, pat dry and lightly pound flat if desired. Season with salt and pepper and brown in hot olive oil for 1 minute on each side.

Sprinkle with fresh thyme, drizzle with lemon juice, set aside and let rest for another 1-2 minutes.
