Ingredients
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- Salt
- 200 g peeled peas (or frozen)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 200 g smoked turkey breast (or boiled ham)
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp sugar
- Salt
- pepper from grinder
Instructions

Wash the asparagus, trim the woody ends and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Add peas after 5 minutes. Drain asparagus and peas well.

Clean and slice radishes. Arrange the vegetables and turkey breast on two deep plates.

Soak gelatin sheets in lukewarm water according to manufacturer instructions. Squeeze out excess liquid, dissolve in a little warm heat and stir into the broth. Season the broth with vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, then carefully pour over the vegetables.

Refrigerate until the aspic sets.
