Ingredients
- 500 g thin ribbon noodles
- Salt
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 radicchio (about 200 g)
- 150 g salami (sliced)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 onion
- a splash of dry white wine
- pepper (ground)

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Heat the tomatoes, cool them, peel, quarter, deseed and dice. Wash and strip the radicchio. Slice the salami into strips. Peel the garlic and onion and finely dice both. Sauté together with the salami in a hot pan until translucent. Deglaze with wine, add tomatoes and radicchio, simmer for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and serve on plates, spooning the sauce over it.
