Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 30 g Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes. Cut two tomatoes in half, remove seeds and dice; chop the remaining tomatoes. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean out seeds, and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and pepper while stirring. Add tomato cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile mix yogurt with tomato cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cook tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain. Heat butter in a pan, add oregano, and toss the pasta in it.

    Arrange pasta on plates, spread yogurt over it, and top with pepper sauce. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
