Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salt
- 1 handful young leaf spinach
- 1 Garlic clove
- 300 g white beans (canned)
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g bacon cubes
- 150 ml dry white wine

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions. In the meantime, wash and trim the spinach, then finely chop the garlic clove.

Rinse the beans under cold running water and drain them. Sauté the bacon cubes and garlic in hot oil until fragrant, add the spinach and let it wilt, then deglaze with white wine. Stir in the beans, simmer for 2–3 minutes, then toss with the drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
