Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 150 g mixed lettuce
  • 2 firm tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 100 g corn kernels (canned)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 8 taco shells

Instructions

    Briefly blanch peas in boiling water, strain into a sieve, rinse with cold water and let drain.

    Wash lettuce, trim if needed, and dry. Wash tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, dice finely. Quarter bell pepper, trim, wash, and dice finely. Drain corn.

    Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil in a large bowl. Add prepared ingredients and mix. Dice sheep cheese into small cubes and fold in.

    Fill taco shells with the salad mixture.
