Ingredients
- 4 T-Bone steaks
- Zitronen (Saft)
- 100 ml Olivenöl
- 100 ml Rotwein
- Salz (Pfeffer)

Wash the meat, pat dry. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice; marinate the meat covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning once.

Take out 2 hours before grilling, let drain well and grill over high heat until seared, then move to a less hot spot and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Let rest covered for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.
