Ingredients
- 20 g dried autumn trumpet mushrooms
- 1 Avocado
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- chili flakes
- 1 Swiss chard bundle
- 150 g beetroot
- 150 g golden beetroot
- 2 handfuls watercress
Instructions

Soak the mushrooms according to package instructions, then pat them dry.

Peel, halve and pit the avocado; mash the flesh with a fork. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, salt and chili to taste.

Wash and trim the Swiss chard, removing tough stems. Cut the leaves into strips of desired width. Peel and finely shred the beetroot varieties. Rinse the watercress and let it drain well. Place the shredded beets, watercress and mushrooms in the center of each chard leaf and roll up to form wraps. Serve with the avocado cream.
