Ingredients
- 2 kg pork ribs (pre‑cooked)
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 150 ml dark beer
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- Tabasco
- black pepper

Wash the ribs, pat dry, place in a pot and cover with water to boil. Peel, halve one onion and one garlic clove, add to the water. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add oil to a pan, peel and dice the remaining onion, sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic. Pour in beer, reduce slightly, then whisk together ketchup, tomato paste, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, Tabasco and pepper. Remove ribs from broth, pat dry and place on a hot grill. Brush with beer sauce and grill 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the sauce.
