Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 30 g sugar
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 120 g margarine
- 50 g chocolate chips
- 80 g cane sugar
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 g pumpkin flesh (finely grated)
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Put all ingredients for the shortcrust dough into a bowl and process with an electric mixer until crumbs form. Quickly knead the crumbs together, roll them thin between two sheets of foil and place on the bottom of a springform pan.

Beat egg whites and granulated sugar into stiff peaks. Whisk yolks, margarine, cane and vanilla sugars until fluffy. Sift flour with baking powder, then fold in nuts, chocolate chips and pumpkin grates. Fold in meringue. Pour batter over shortcrust base and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes.
