  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 g skyr
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 apple
  • 2 tbsp walnut kernels (15 g each)

Instructions

  1. 1.

For the dough, combine flour, quark, rapeseed oil and oat drink in a bowl and knead into a homogeneous dough. Add more oat drink if needed. Then roll out the dough thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2.

In a bowl mash the banana with a fork. Add skyr and cinnamon and mix well. Spread the cream evenly over the dough.

  3. 3.

Wash, core and slice the apple into fine rings. Distribute them over the cream. Finely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them on top.

  4. 4.

Bake the sweet flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for about 15–20 minutes until lightly browned. Slice the flammkuchen into pieces and serve on plates.
