Ingredients
- 0.25 l milk
- 70 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs
- 100 g fresh elderberries
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Bring the milk with butter, salt and sugar to a boil. Whisk in the flour into the boiling mixture. Stir until the dough releases from the spoon. Let it cool slightly. Gradually add the eggs, stirring vigorously.

Rinse, wash and drain the elderberries well, then fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased Pfitzauf pan (or muffin tin) and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Remove, carefully lift out of the pan and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
