Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g corn kernels (canned)
- 4 tomatoes
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- Tabasco sauce
- 12 taco shells (pre-made)

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, chop finely and mix with the cream cheese and lemon juice.

Wash the tomatoes and dice them small. Drain the corn. Stir the tomato cubes into the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce, fill the taco shells, and serve immediately.
