Stuffed Salmon Bites

Fresh salmon bites stuffed with cucumber, arugula, radish, papaya and sprout mix, served with a zesty chili‑mustard sauce. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 250 g cucumber
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 150 g radish
  • 150 g papaya flesh
  • 1 handful sprout mix
  • 250 g gravlax (sliced)
  • 0.5 Red chili pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash, peel, halve the cucumber, remove seeds and cut into ~5 cm strips. Shake arugula dry after washing. Peel radish and cut or tear it into pieces similar to papaya and arugula. Distribute cucumber, arugula, radish, papaya and sprouts on salmon slices, roll them up and secure with toothpicks.

    Wash the chili, deseed and finely chop. Whisk mustard with honey, lime juice, chili, vinegar and oils. Season with salt. Spoon into small bowls and serve alongside the cucumber bites.
