Stuffed Pepper Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 large red bell peppers
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- parsley for garnish
Instructions

Wash the bell peppers, cut them lengthwise in half and clean them. Place the halves skin side down on a sheet of foil on a rack and put them under the preheated oven grill until the skins blacken. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool under a damp cloth, then peel off the skins.

Wash the herbs, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves, chop them and mix with the cream cheese; squeeze in the garlic, season with salt, pepper and 1 Tbsp lemon juice.

Spread the cream‑cheese mixture on each pepper half, place a tablespoon of the filling on each, roll up, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When serving, cut into thick slices and secure each slice with a small wooden skewer; garnish with parsley before serving.
