Stuffed Figs with Hazelnut Quark

Ingredients
- 200 g ripe fig (4 ripe figs)
- 1 tsp ground hazelnut kernels
- 100 g quark (20% fat)
- 0.5 lemon
- black pepper
Instructions

Carefully wash and pat the figs dry. Cut off the lid of each fig and carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon, without damaging the skin.

Mash the fig pulp with a fork. Stir in the ground nuts and gently fold in the quark.

Squeeze half a lemon. Season the filling with about 1 tsp of lemon juice and some pepper.

To serve, fill the fruits with the quark mixture and place the lids diagonally on top. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
