Ingredients

  • 2 Stubenküken (≈400 g each)
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • 100 g couscous (instant)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 5 Tbsp rose water (pharmacy grade)
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • bio rose petals

Instructions

    In a bowl mix 3 Tbsp honey with salt and pepper, add red pepper and let steep for 30 minutes.

    Soak raisins in rose water.

  3. 3.

    Brush the stubenküken with the honey marinade. Place in a greased dish and bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.

    Place couscous in a bowl, pour over 100 ml boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

    Combine almonds with couscous, butter, raisins, and 1 Tbsp honey.

  6. 6.

    Serve the stubenküken on top of the couscous and garnish with rose petals.
