The Strawberry-Raspberry Trifle by Spoonsparrow is a delicious summer dessert!
Ingredients
- 250 g fresh ripe strawberries
- 250 g fresh ripe raspberries
- 400 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 packets gelatin powder
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 24 ladyfingers
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 4 mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, trim and cut the strawberries into bite‑sized pieces. Rinse and clean the raspberries. Mix both berry varieties together.

Whip the cream with gelatin powder and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place three ladyfingers side by side on a plate, lightly spread some whipped cream over them, sprinkle one quarter of the berries on top, cover again with more cream, and cap with another layer of three ladyfingers. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
