Ingredients
- 300 ml chocolate ice cream
- 150 g caramel cookies (or butter cookies as substitute)
- 350 ml whipping cream
- 300 g fresh raspberries

Crush the butter cookies coarsely. Let the ice cream soften slightly so it can be transferred and spread a bit.

Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and rinse the raspberries. In a larger glass bowl pour half of the softened ice cream and spread it lightly. Sprinkle half of the cookies on top and press them in gently. Spread half of the whipped cream and raspberries over that layer. Then add the remaining ice cream, cookies, and cream in layers. Finish with the remaining raspberries.

Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
