Ingredients
- 6 sheets of white gelatin
- 1 vanilla pod
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp raw cane sugar (30 g)
- 100 g fresh strawberries
- lemon balm leaf (for garnish)
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the vanilla pod, seeds, cream, milk, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat, discard the vanilla pod, and stir in the well-extracted gelatin until dissolved. Pour the mixture into four glasses and refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.

Wash strawberries, pat dry, and place on top of the panna cotta. Serve strawberry panna cotta garnished with lemon balm.
