Ingredients

  • 0.5 l heavy cream
  • 6 sheets white gelatin
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 tbsp ground pistachios

Instructions

    Soak gelatin in cold water. Bring cream with vanilla sugar to a boil, squeeze out excess water from gelatin and dissolve it in the hot cream, then let cool.

    Beat egg white with 1 tbsp powdered sugar until very stiff, fold into the cream mixture. Pour the cream into a loaf pan to a height of 1 cm, chill in refrigerator until set.

    Wash strawberries; puree half, strain through a sieve, mix with remaining powdered sugar, and cut the other half into wedges. Peel mango and kiwis, slice them into wedges as well.
