Ingredients

  • 200 g Spelt flour Type 1050
  • 75 g ground hazelnuts
  • 125 g fine rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml plant oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 120 g buttermilk

    Bake strawberry muffins without sugar in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Remove, let rest briefly, then transfer the muffins from the tin to a wire rack to cool completely.
