Ingredients
- 200 g oat cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate (70% cacao)
- 75 g butter
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 40 g sliced almonds
- 800 g strawberries
- 8 sheets gelatin
- 400 g cream cheese
- 500 g low‑fat quark
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g powdered sugar from raw cane sugar
- 3 tbsp pear syrup
- 200 ml whipping cream
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Crush the cookies in a clean kitchen towel and roll them with a rolling pin into crumbs. Mix the cookie crumbs carefully with the cocoa powder.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a double boiler. Stir in the coconut flakes, almonds, and cookie‑cocoa mixture. Place the batter in a baking pan, smooth it out, and refrigerate.
