Strawberry Cream Cake with Coffee

- 600 g mixed nuts (chopped)
- 500 g nougat
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 400 g yogurt
- 500 g strawberries
- Bio lemon (zest and juice)
- 80 g sugar
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Melt the nougat and mix in the nuts. Spread onto three 28 cm springform pans lined with parchment paper, smoothing the surface. Chill for at least 1 hour until set, then carefully remove from the molds.

Wash and trim the strawberries; cut two-thirds into pieces.

Meanwhile whisk the yogurt with cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, and sugar until smooth.

Beat the cream stiffly and fold it in. Set aside one-third of the mixture. Place the remaining strawberry pieces underneath the rest of the cream, spread half onto one of the three layers, smooth, and place a second layer on top. Spread the remaining cream over that and lay the third layer on top. Spoon the leftover cream without strawberries over the top and arrange whole strawberries on top. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
