Ingredients
- 1 kg green asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- white pepper (freshly ground)
- 400 g Strawberries
- 3 tbsp strawberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil

Peel the lower third of the asparagus and cut the spears into 3-4 cm pieces. Sauté in hot olive oil. Sprinkle with sugar, allow to caramelize slightly, then deglaze with a splash of water. Season with salt and pepper and cover to simmer for 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile wash, trim, and chop the strawberries. Combine them with vinegar, lemon juice, and oil, then add the asparagus at the end. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
