Ingredients
- 800 g cod fillet
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill sprigs
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 g heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Season cod fillets with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.

Peel and finely dice the onion; sauté in about 1 tbsp butter until translucent. Add heavy cream, let reduce slightly, then stir in dill and season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

Grease a baking dish, place cod fillets inside, pour over the creamy sauce. Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan and sprinkle evenly over the casserole. Dot remaining butter in small pats on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden. Serve with rice and cucumber salad.
