Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 1 Shallot
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 g mie noodles
  • 300 g carrots
  • 200 g spring onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, and slice into strips. Peel and finely dice the ginger and shallot, then mix with 4 tbsp soy sauce. Pour over the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles according to package instructions. Peel, wash, and cut carrots into sticks. Trim ends of spring onions, rinse, and chop into pieces. Fry the meat in hot oil for 4 minutes, then remove.

    Sauté carrots and spring onions in the remaining oil, add broth, salt, pepper, and stir in the remaining soy sauce. Return meat and noodles to the pan and cook everything together for another 2 minutes.
