Ingredients
- 500 g cucumber
- 400 g small potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 mild pepperoncini (canned)
- 16 green olives
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch dill
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and quarter the potatoes, then simmer in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the cucumber, halve it, remove seeds with a spoon, and cut crosswise into ~1 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and crush through a press. Dice the feta cheese small.

Heat the oil in a pan, add cucumber, potatoes, garlic, pepperoncini, and olives, and steam over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Wash dill, shake dry, set aside some sprigs, finely chop the rest. Add feta and dill to the pan, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate the cucumber-potato mixture with dill sprigs on top.
