Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 0.25 kohlrabi
- 0.5 Zucchini
- 4 stalks green asparagus
- 12 broad beans
- 4 pre‑made beef roulades (about 150 g each)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash, trim and, if necessary, peel the vegetables. Cut into 8 cm long pieces or sticks.

Rinse the roulades, pat dry, lay them out, lightly brush with soy sauce and season with pepper.

Gather the vegetables into small bundles, place them across the roulades, roll up, tie securely with kitchen twine, place in a steamer basket and seal it.

Heat some water in a pot, hang the steamer basket over it, and steam the roulades over medium heat for about one hour.

Remove, discard the twine, and serve the roulades.
