Ingredients

  • 4 beef fillet steaks (250 g each)
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 500 g green beans
  • butter
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake for 40-50 minutes.

    Meanwhile, wash and trim the beans, then blanch them in boiling salted water for 8‑10 minutes. Drain well, heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and toss the beans. Season with salt and pepper.

    Grill the steaks on an electric grill without added fat for 3‑4 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle each steak with 1 tbsp olive oil. Remove the potatoes from foil, cut shallow slits on top. Plate the steaks with the beans and potatoes and serve immediately. Pair with a glass of red wine.
