Ingredients
- 600 g red‑skinned potatoes
- 4 beef steaks (each about 300 g)
- 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 slices of processed cheese
- 2 slices of white bread (cut into ~2 cm wide strips, toasted)

Wash the potatoes, cut them into bite‑sized pieces, and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the steaks, pat dry, rub with barbecue seasoning, then sear each side in hot clarified butter for 3–4 minutes or grill. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on a plate with the potatoes. Top each steak with a slice of cheese and garnish with toasted white bread strips as desired.
