  • 4 rump steaks (about 220 g each)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp clarified butter
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices light country bread
  • thyme for garnish

Instructions

    Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sear each side for about 3-5 minutes, depending on preference. Wrap in foil and let rest for a few more minutes.
