Ingredients
- 4 rump steaks (about 220 g each)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices light country bread
- thyme for garnish

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sear each side for about 3-5 minutes, depending on preference. Wrap in foil and let rest for a few more minutes.

Briefly blanch the tomatoes, shock them, peel, halve, and seed them.
