Ingredients

  • 2 cans oil sardines
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 200 g carrots
  • 2 bulbs fennel
  • 200 g Parma ham
  • 80 g Black olives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • salt (pepper)
  • 1 sprig basil

Instructions

    Drain the sardines, wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean the spring onions, trim the ends and cut into rings. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into sticks. Trim, wash and quarter the fennel.

    Arrange everything on a platter, garnish with the Parma ham in the center and add olives. Mix lemon juice with olive oil, salt, pepper and pressed garlic, drizzle over the dish, decorate with basil and serve with baguette.
