Ingredients
- 400 g black spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 untreated lime
- 150 ml Heavy Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g goat fresh cheese
- pepper (ground)
- freshly grated hard goat cheese
Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse the lime under hot water, pat dry, zest the peel and squeeze out the juice.

Heat the cream with the broth in a saucepan, add the garlic, bring to a boil. Chop the cheese, add it to the cream and melt. Let the sauce thicken slightly and season with salt, pepper and some lime juice.

Drain the pasta, let it dry, mix with the sauce, plate and sprinkle with lime zest and freshly grated goat cheese. Garnish with lime slices as desired before serving.
