Spiral Lasagna with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (400 g)
- 12 lasagna sheets
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella balls (125 g each)
- 40 g grated Parmesan

Peel and finely dice the onion. Brown the minced meat in hot rapeseed oil until crumbly, add the diced onion and cook until translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Add the canned tomatoes and bring to a boil; simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.

Meanwhile, briefly cook the lasagna sheets in plenty of boiling salted water until very firm, drain and let them dry. Lay the sheets side by side on a work surface, spread the meat mixture over each sheet and roll them up.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Place the rolled sheets side by side in a baking dish. Distribute sliced cherry tomatoes over them. Dice the mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden.
