Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 400 g mixed seafood (scallops, squid, fish fillet pieces etc., pre-cooked)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50 g green beans
  • 50 g broccoli florets
  • 50 g carrots
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Boil the tomatoes, peel, quarter, seed and slice into strips.

    Peel the carrots and cut into sticks.

    Wash and drain the broccoli florets.

  4. 4.

    Wash, trim ends of the green beans.

  5. 5.

    Blanch the carrots, broccoli and beans in boiling salted water (carrots 8 min., beans 12 min., broccoli 5 min.), shock in ice water and drain.

    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Sauté seafood in butter for about 4 minutes, add wine, tomato strips and vegetables, heat through, season with salt and pepper, and serve over the pasta on plates.
