Ingredients

  • 500 g young spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Instructions

    Wash the spinach thoroughly, removing any dust. Drain and roughly chop.

    Peel and finely dice the onion. In hot butter, sauté until translucent. Add the spinach and let it wilt.

    Stir in the cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until creamy. Season with salt and nutmeg before serving.
