Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • 100 g spinach (fresh)
  • 40 g bacon cubes
  • 2 tbsp shallot cubes
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Blanch the washed spinach in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, shock in ice water and squeeze dry.

    Sauté bacon and shallots in butter until translucent, add spinach, stir briefly, then arrange on toasted bread slices.
