Spicy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 500 g shrimp (prepped)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pepper
- a splash lemon juice
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.

Meanwhile rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Wash, deseed, and slice chili peppers into rings. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash parsley, shake off excess water, and roughly chop.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chili and garlic briefly. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes until pink.

Combine spaghetti with a splash of reserved pasta water and the skillet contents. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Plate and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
