Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp raw sugar
- 2 chili peppers
- 10 cloves
- 10 bay leaves
- 6 allspice berries
- 3 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 20 ml sherry vinegar
- 20 ml apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Pierce the eggs and boil in sparkling water for 10 minutes, shock them in cold water and peel.

Bring 1 L of water to a boil. Score the chili peppers from the tip, scrape out the seeds. Add chili pepper, salt, sugar and spices; when the sugar dissolves add vinegar and pour the brine over the eggs.

Leave to marinate overnight.
