Spicy Pepper Steak with Linguine

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 g linguine
- Salt
- 640 g pork loin steak (4 pork loin steaks)
- Pepper
- paprika powder
Instructions

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Wash, trim, and slice bell peppers into strips.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan for the pepper sauce. Sauté onions over medium heat until translucent. Add garlic and most of the peppers, cooking for 3 minutes.

Add vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in a large pan. Sear steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side, seasoning again with pepper.

Blend sauce with an immersion blender, season, and let it simmer uncovered over low heat for another 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining pepper strips.

Drain noodles, toss with paprika powder, then plate noodles, steak, and sauce on four plates.
