Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 fresh red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- black pepper (ground)

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pull leaves from stems and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Wash the pepper flakes, halve, deseed and cut into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic and pepper flakes. Add the drained spaghetti and parsley, toss quickly, and season with salt and pepper. Plate on pre-warmed dishes and serve.
